High-accuracy workhorse.

One of the seven speech engines in **Windy Word**, the local-first voice-to-text app.
A CTranslate2 INT8 build of a Windstorm Labs LoRA fine-tune, derived from an
Apache-2.0 Whisper-family base. Runs entirely on your own machine — no audio ever
leaves the device.

This organisation serves the Windy Word desktop app and holds nothing else.
