The upstream weights were fine-tuned (LoRA, merged), then converted to
whisper.cpp ggml format and quantized to q5_1 for mobile inference.

The upstream copyright notice and licence are reproduced in the LICENSE file
alongside this NOTICE and travel with every copy of this model, as the licence
requires.

Windy naming is applied to our own build of a permissively licensed upstream
model. We do not claim to have trained the base architecture.
