# Release and license notice

The model weights in this directory are released for research reproducibility
and evaluation only. They are not medical devices and are not approved for
clinical diagnosis, patient management, or treatment decisions.

The private clinical images and annotations used during model development are
not included.

The final model-weight license is pending institutional and data-governance
review. Until an explicit license is published, no additional patent,
commercial-use, redistribution, or sublicensing rights are granted by this
notice. Contact the LungNoduleAgent authors before redistribution or commercial
use.

Third-party software, including MMDetection, MMEngine, MMCV, and PyTorch,
remains subject to its own license terms.
