Update README.md

This model is a fine-tuned version of unsloth/granite-4.0-h-micro, trained on an Arabic Natural Language → SQL dataset.
The model receives an Arabic text query and generates the corresponding SQL command.

The training was performed using Unsloth, LoRA, and SFTTrainer to specialize the model in SQL query generation.
