hosting, resale, sublicensing, fine-tuning, or other revenue-generating use
requires prior written permission from Altic.

The upstream Qwen components remain subject to Apache License 2.0. Their
license is preserved separately in `UPSTREAM_LICENSE_QWEN_APACHE_2.0.txt` and
does not describe the license for Altic's Fluid-1 modifications.
