## Install ML-Agents
To use the ML-Agents example environments, you must follow the advanced installation instructions as outlined in [Install ML-Agents (Advanced Installation)](Installation.md#install-ml-agents-advanced-installation).
> [!IMPORTANT]
> If you only install the package from the Package Manager, you won’t be able to access the example environments.
## Open the ML-Agents project
To access the ML-Agents example environments, open the **Project** folder from the ML-Agents repository:
1. In the [Unity Hub](xref:um-hub), select **Add** then **Add project from disk** to open the file navigator.
2. In the file navigator, locate your local clone of the ML-Agents repository.
3. Select the **Project** folder, then **Open**.
4. Choose a supported version of the Unity Editor and launch the project.
## Access example environments
You can open the example environments from your project’s `Assets` folder. In the **Project window**, go to `Assets/ML-Agents/Examples`.
Each of the examples has its own folder to open and explore.
