- add the overview and architecture figures (rendered to PNG with a white
background so they stay legible on the Hub's dark theme), tracked by LFS
- real arXiv badge and id in place of the XXXX.XXXXX placeholder
- add a project page link and badge
- citation becomes @article against arXiv:2512.12236, with natural author
order and equal-contribution asterisks
Fix header formatting: line breaks, drop duplicated title
