Nothing in GENESYS fetches these:
- trellis-cpp/src.tar.xz: the source build clones trellis.cpp from git
- sd-cpp/bin/sd-server + .sd-server-ref: install_sd_server.sh always builds from
source, and server_binary is not a field ensure_models_available can download;
the path also carries no arch
- Depth-Anything-V2-Small-hf/.download_complete: a marker download_models.sh
refuses to guard on
- trellis2-gguf/.gitattributes: byte-identical to the root one
