+The author of this EULA reserves the right to amend it at any time. Any amended version shall supersede prior versions and shall be binding upon users. This right is irrevocable.
+### Third-Party Services
+manikineko.nl and its services, including AI/ML models, may incorporate third-party services, such as those provided by Google, Facepunch, and Discord. We may share or be obligated to share data with such third parties, notwithstanding any lack of affiliation.
+### Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
+THE SOFTWARE, SERVICE, PRODUCT, OR AI/ML MODELS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. +These AI/ML models and services are provided as-is, and we assume no responsibility for any user-generated content created using them. Should you identify content that violates applicable law, please contact admin@manikineko.nl to initiate a legal takedown request. By using or uploading content related to our models, you grant manikineko.nl irrevocable, perpetual, and royalty-free rights over such content and waive any rights to pursue legal action against the developers, except as mandated by law or the terms of the relevant platform.
+### Allowed Uses
+Permitted uses are those that promote creative applications without conferring unfair advantages, disseminating malware, or posing risks to users. In the event that antivirus software flags any output or associated files, we may, at our discretion, take or refrain from taking remedial action based on the specific circumstances.
+### Hacking/Cheating/Malicious Use
+Any actions that confer unfair advantages, compromise systems, or involve malicious use of the models are strictly prohibited under this EULA, unless expressly authorized by the owner. Attempts to hack the server, its provider, or any third parties to access files or cause harm to users will result in prosecution for cybercrimes.
+### Respect for Others
+Users are prohibited from engaging in discriminatory conduct, including but not limited to transphobia, homophobia, racism, or any form of harassment directed at other users, developers, or employees. This prohibition extends to discrimination against individuals with autism, mental disabilities, dyslexia, or any other protected characteristics. Violations may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action as outlined in this EULA.

+We may retain user data for purposes including debugging, analyzing user demographics, and enforcing EULA compliance. Data may be shared with third-party APIs as necessary for service provision, subject to their respective privacy policies. In cases of severe EULA violations, we may report incidents to local authorities as required by law. Applications may employ Discord RPC, SteamWorks API, or capture IP or MAC addresses. Data of banned users is anonymized, retaining only information essential to prevent re-access.

+1. Service Restriction: We reserve the right to suspend your access to our services pending resolution of such disputes.
+2. Copyright Transfer: Should you persist in disruptive behavior, you hereby agree to waive all copyrights in your work and transfer them to our company.
+This clause addresses the escalating personal disputes concerning AI usage. By utilizing our services or models, you consent to these terms.
+### Additional Restrictions for AI/ML Models
+#### Prohibition on Deepfakes
+The use of our models for malicious, invasive, or disruptive deepfakes in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
+#### Restrictions on Models of Famous People
+Certain models depict famous individuals and are subject to additional restrictions:
+- No usage in text-to-speech (TTS), voice morphing, or any other technology except for Retrieval-based Voice Conversion (RVC) Covers that are clearly labeled as such.
+- These voices shall not be used in songs with lyrics that contradict the persona of the depicted individual.
+#### Public Domain Sources in RVC Models
+Our RVC Models may incorporate vocals from public domain sources. If your voice is recognizably included in any source (excluding models labeled as using a likeness), please notify admin@manikineko.nl, as we do not intend, condone, or seek to cause harm.
+#### Disallowed Uses of Models
+Use of our models is prohibited for the following purposes:
+- Creation of illegal content as prohibited under the laws of The Netherlands, Germany, or the United States.
+- Scamming, operation of AI Content Farms (content generated via AI solely to saturate markets for engagement purposes) on any platform (particularly YouTube and TikTok), promotion of cryptocurrency, or political manipulation.
+- Discriminatory content or content that contradicts, bashes, or is malicious towards religions, lifestyles, or fandoms.
+- Sending privacy notices, legal threats, or otherwise harming the developers of manikineko.nl will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, and any content utilizing our models will be subject to DMCA takedown and removal.
+- Social engineering involving our models is strictly prohibited.
+The models are provided as-is; beyond enforcing this agreement, we do not moderate content created with these models.
+### GDPR Notice
+To request removal of your information from our services, please contact admin@manikineko.nl or the owners.
+### Compliance with Original Model and Dataset Licenses
+Users of any AI/ML models, RVC models, or associated datasets provided via manikineko.nl **must read, understand, and fully comply with the original license(s)** of the underlying model(s), dataset(s), and any third-party components incorporated therein. These original licenses are binding and remain in full force and effect.
+This EULA **does not replace, supersede, or invalidate** any terms, conditions, restrictions, or obligations set forth in the original model or dataset licenses. Where provisions in this EULA conflict with the original license(s), the more restrictive terms shall apply unless the original license explicitly permits otherwise.
+Users are solely responsible for obtaining, reviewing, and adhering to all applicable original licenses. Failure to comply with any original license may result in:
+- Immediate termination of access to manikineko.nl services and models;
+- Legal action by the original rights holders; and/or
+- Additional enforcement actions under this EULA.
+manikineko.nl disclaims any liability arising from a user's failure to comply with original licensing terms.
