Reproduction bundle
Run python reproduce.py with NumPy installed. The script performs an independent,
scaled Monte Carlo diagnostic of the effective-information factor
n |E| gamma^2 in Theorem 4.15. It does not prove the computational lower bound
or reproduce the paper's image-benchmark experiments.
