It is designed to generate a **single binder sequence** that can bind to multiple protein contexts. Unlike conventional binder design methods that typically assume a single target and a single structural state, Chamaileon formulates binder generation as **cross-context binding landscape modeling**. This enables the model to address challenging design scenarios such as: - **Multi-state binder design**, where one binder must remain compatible with multiple conformational states of a target protein. - **Multi-target binder design**, where one binder sequence is optimized to bind multiple related target interfaces.
