Move pipeline figure into Method section (was at top)

Math rendering: inline uses HF KaTeX \\( \\); display $$ on own lines; no paren-adjacent delimiters

Condense Method section to the essentials

Fix math: revert to $...$ inline (HF-supported); join the 2 multi-line spans that were the real breakage

Fix math rendering: HF KaTeX inline delimiters \\( \\) (were $...$, not rendering)

Files list: drop nonexistent SVG (figure is a single PNG)

Academic rewrite: full Method section (equations + notation) + pipeline figure

Card edits: drop v0.2, fix grammar
