Add pipeline tag and library name

The `pipeline_tag` is set to `depth-estimation` because BEVCALIB performs LiDAR-camera calibration, a task closely related to depth estimation. The `library_name` is set to `pytorch` as indicated by the project's dependencies and confirmed by the Github README.
