+This is not an NVIDIA model. Use is subject to the governing terms for the
+NVIDIA base model and any Omi release terms.

+The upstream Hugging Face model card lists `CC-BY-4.0` as the governing license
+for the model weights. NVIDIA-hosted API/NIM usage may be governed by separate
+NVIDIA API or community-model terms.

+The runtime/CLI code (`omi-med-stt`) is MIT licensed and uses or interoperates
+with NVIDIA NeMo / Parakeet, parakeet-mlx, and parakeet.cpp.
