+CONVREC FACE RECOGNITION MODEL - PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE LICENSE

+This software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), including but
+not limited to the ConvRec face recognition model, training code, inference
+scripts, and related materials, are the proprietary property of ConvAI
+Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ("the Company").
+
+TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
+
+1. OWNERSHIP
+   The Software, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and
+   shall remain the exclusive property of ConvAI Innovations Pvt. Ltd.
+
+2. LICENSE GRANT
+   No license, right, or interest in the Software is granted except as
+   expressly set forth in a separate written license agreement executed by
+   ConvAI Innovations Pvt. Ltd.
+
+3. RESTRICTIONS
+   You may NOT:
+   - Use, copy, modify, or distribute the Software without explicit written
+     permission from ConvAI Innovations Pvt. Ltd.
+   - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
+   - Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
+   - Use the Software for commercial purposes without a commercial license
+   - Create derivative works based on the Software
+   - Transfer, sublicense, or assign your rights to the Software
