This release contains original project source, original synthetic examples,
an original tiny-model checkpoint and experimental adapter weights.

Optional upstream models Qwen/Qwen3-0.6B and Qwen/Qwen3.5-0.8B are used
unmodified for local experiments and are not redistributed in this release.
Their model cards declare Apache-2.0. Exact revisions and configuration
sources are recorded in reports/sources.json. Their original licenses and
notices are downloaded alongside their weights and must be preserved.

PyTorch, Transformers, Hugging Face Hub, NumPy, safetensors and jsonschema
are independent dependencies under their own licenses. Optional voice and
serving backends have separate dependency/model licensing requirements.
