Update fresh Rockso run to step 12168 with exact source and provenance
Replace model.pt with the unchanged 2026-11-02 Ctrl+C export (3,987,210,240 training input tokens). Include exact source and CPU load evidence, preserve HRM attribution and PrefixLM contract, and remove the prior soup from the current tree while retaining history.
