`pse-vcipher-collapse` is released under the **GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPLv3)** — see
[`LICENSE`](LICENSE). Under AGPLv3 §13, if you modify this software or use it to provide a
network service, you must make your corresponding source available to users under the same terms.
## When you need a commercial license
Obtain a separate **commercial / proprietary license** (no copyleft obligation) to:
- integrate `pse-vcipher-collapse` into a closed-source product or internal service;
- offer a hosted/SaaS service without publishing your backend;
- ship it in proprietary firmware, an appliance, or an OEM product;
- obtain warranty, indemnification, or a support/SLA arrangement.
Standard open-core dual licensing: the same code under AGPLv3 (free, copyleft) **or** a
