Add pipeline tag and Arxiv link

Browse files

This PR adds the `image-to-3d` pipeline tag to the model metadata to improve discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub. It also adds a link to the Arxiv version of the paper in the header section of the model card for easier access to the technical details.
