models/rudra_genfill_v3  a LoRA and a brightness estimator trained by FXTD
                         Studios on Poly Haven HDRIs (CC0), FXTD Studios'
                         own footage and CC0 plates. It adapts
                         Wan2.1-VACE-1.3B (Wan-AI, Apache License 2.0,
                         https://huggingface.co/Wan-AI/Wan2.1-VACE-1.3B-diffusers),
                         which is not included here. prompt_cache/ holds
                         an embedding of one fixed prompt made with Wan's
                         umT5 text encoder (Apache License 2.0).
