Add library name tag, link to code

This PR adds the `library_name: transformers` tag to the metadata, which ensures the "how to use" widget appears on the model page with correct code snippets for the Transformers library.

It also adds a link to the Github repository (`https://github.com/Hala`) under the "Quick Links" section, making it easier for users to find the associated code.
