Adds the 21 MVS initialization packs used by the -mvs_ surface models and reference camera geometry for 29 NVS camera contracts, so evaluation tolerates float32 roundoff on any GPU. Updates the arXiv citation and code manifests for GitHub commits hexels 4ea0c1f, hexel-kernel 3af3220 and hexel-viewer ff497d4, and removes internal source-provenance manifests.
