Stem modifications (September 2026): fine-tuned encoder and classification
head for personal-memory relevance using fictional profiles and Czech,
Slovak, German and English queries; exported epoch2 to ONNX and dynamically
quantized weights to int8; calibrated separate fact and skill thresholds.
The supplied model configuration and tokenizer match the tested export.
