Add Stable Diffusion 2 licence as the source of the use restrictions
Verified signatureThe Open RAIL++-M text published for Marigold leaves its Attachment A as a template placeholder. Marigold is fine-tuned from Stable Diffusion 2, whose CreativeML Open RAIL++-M licence requires derivatives to carry its use restrictions, so LICENSE now includes that licence (Part C) and points the use-restriction clause to its Attachment A.
