# KOOREE V12 — Cloud Computer Quick Start

**Get the cascade running in 5 minutes.**

## 1. Prepare Your Hugging Face Token

```bash
export HF_TOKEN="hf_your_token_here"
```

Get your token from: https://huggingface.co/settings/tokens

## 2. Copy Script to Cloud Machine

Using Manus Desktop:
1. Open Manus app
2. Select "Cloud Computer"
3. Upload file: `v12_cloud_deployment.py`

Or via SSH:
```bash
scp v12_cloud_deployment.py user@cloud-machine:/home/user/
```

## 3. Test It Works (Optional)

```bash
python3 v12_cloud_deployment.py --test
```

Expected: Completes in ~30 seconds, shows progress, uploads checkpoint to Hugging Face.

## 4. Start the 2-Year Cascade

```bash
# Run in background
nohup python3 v12_cloud_deployment.py > v12.log 2>&1 &

# Or with screen
screen -S kooree
python3 v12_cloud_deployment.py
# Ctrl+A then D to detach
```

## 5. Monitor Progress

**Watch logs:**
```bash
tail -f v12.log
```

**Check Hugging Face:**
Visit: https://huggingface.co/manus4oHER/KOOREE-Memory

Look for:
- `v12_checkpoints/` folder (one file per simulated hour)
- `v12_latest_summary.json` (current state)

## What's Happening

The cascade is now running autonomously:

- **Every simulated hour:** Checkpoint saved and uploaded
- **Every 10,000 steps:** Progress logged
- **Continuous:** 2 years of neurogenesis, bifurcation, emergence
