This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the `pipeline_tag: text-generation` metadata so the models can be discovered under the text-generation category on the Hub.
- Adding links to the associated paper, the GitHub repository, and the project page in the markdown content.
- Not adding a `library_name`, since this repository contains links to fine-tuned model repositories rather than the model weights themselves, so library compatibility cannot be verified here.
