+By downloading, copying, installing, or otherwise using the YandexGPT-5-Lite-8B model (including any derivative works such as quantized or converted versions), you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms:
+
+1. Grant of License  
+   Yandex grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, modify, and create derivative works of the Model for research, personal, non-commercial, and commercial purposes.
+
+2. Redistribution and Derivative Works  
+   You may redistribute the Model or any derivative work (including this quantized MLX version) provided that:  
+   - You distribute a complete and unmodified copy of this License with every copy or derivative work;  
+   - You include the following notice in all copies and derivative works:  
+     “YandexGPT-5-Lite-8B is distributed under the YandexGPT-5-Lite-8B License. Copyright © 2025, LLC “Yandex”. All rights reserved.”

+3. Commercial Use Limitations  
+   Use of the Model (or any derivative work) in commercial products or services that generate 10 million or more output tokens per month requires prior written agreement with Yandex. If your usage reaches or exceeds this threshold, you must contact Yandex at cloud-sales@yandex-team.ru within 30 days to conclude an appropriate agreement. Failure to do so automatically terminates your license rights 30 days after reaching the threshold.

+4. Prohibited Uses  
+   You may not use the Model or any derivative work:  
+   - To generate or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, pornographic, or privacy-violating content;  
+   - To infringe third-party intellectual property rights;  
+   - To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or internal architecture of the Model beyond what is expressly permitted.

+5. No Sublicensing or Assignment  
+   You may not sublicense or transfer your rights under this License without prior written consent from Yandex.
+
+6. No Warranty  
+   THE MODEL IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

+7. Limitation of Liability  
+   IN NO EVENT SHALL YANDEX BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MODEL.

+8. Governing Law  
+   This License is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Moscow, Russian Federation.

+This quantized MLX version is a derivative work of the original YandexGPT-5-Lite-8B-instruct model and is distributed under exactly the same terms as set forth above.
