+This license governs the use of the software known as "Hierarchos" and its associated source code, binaries, and documentation (collectively, the "Software").
+
+### Preamble
+
+The purpose of this license is to make the Software widely available for research, experimentation, and non-commercial projects, while ensuring that the original author (Makhi Burroughs email: saltpepper312@gmail.com) shares in any financial success derived from the Software's commercial application.
+
+### Definitions
+
+* **"Author"** refers to Makhi Burroughs email: saltpepper312@gmail.com
+* **"User"** refers to any individual or entity that downloads, uses, modifies, or distributes the Software.
+* **"Commercial Use"** is defined as any use of the Software by a for-profit entity, or any use that directly or indirectly generates revenue. This includes, but is not limited to:

+### 1. Permissions for Non-Commercial Use
