Mirror of model files from [**Lightricks/LTX-2.5**](https://huggingface.co/Lightricks/LTX-2.5),
repackaged for convenient use with ComfyUI. All weights are **unmodified** copies of the
original files published by Lightricks.

Model files in this repository are **not** the original work of this repository's owner.

These files are distributed under the **LTX-2.x Community License Agreement**, included in

**By downloading or using any file in this repository you agree to be bound by that
Agreement.** Please read it before use. In particular:

- Use is subject to the **use-based restrictions in Section 4 and Attachment A** of the
  Agreement. These restrictions are binding on you and on anyone you pass these files to.
- If you redistribute these files or any derivative, you must pass along a copy of the
  Agreement, retain all copyright and attribution notices, and give notice of these
  restrictions to subsequent users (Sections 3.1–3.4).
- **Commercial Entities** — as defined in the Agreement, organizations above the revenue
  threshold — must obtain a **paid commercial license** from Lightricks before use
