## Circuit Operation

Input combination produces weighted sum:
- (0,0): 0*(-1) + 0*1 + 0 = 0 >= 0 → 1
- (0,1): 0*(-1) + 1*1 + 0 = 1 >= 0 → 1
- (1,0): 1*(-1) + 0*1 + 0 = -1 < 0 → 0
- (1,1): 1*(-1) + 1*1 + 0 = 0 >= 0 → 1

Fails only when antecedent is true and consequent is false.
