The model is built using **Random Forest Regression** and trained on a cleaned and preprocessed dataset containing approximately **175,000** property listings. The original dataset was obtained from Kaggle and licensed under the **Community Data License Agreement – Sharing – Version 1.0 (CDLA-Sharing-1.0)**.
