# spring-react-best-practices

Best-practice full-stack sample: **Spring Boot REST API + React (Vite + TypeScript)** that builds and runs on an **isolated network with no internet**. The React app is served by the Spring Boot fat-jar (single `java -jar`).

Unzip `spring-react-best-practices.zip`, then in `spring-react/`:
- `./run.sh` - run the prebuilt app (needs a JDK); open http://localhost:8080
- `./build-offline.sh` - rebuild frontend+backend fully offline (Linux toolchain bundled)
- `./dev.sh` - hot-reload dev mode

Bundled: JDK 17 + Maven + Node, an offline Maven repo, node_modules, the prebuilt jar, and docs: `docs/spring-rest-best-practices.md`, `docs/react-best-practices.md`, `docs/sample-project-documentation.md`. See `spring-react/README.md`.
