Android hybrid ExecuTorch/Vulkan and ONNX Runtime model bundle used by Stamp Maker for fully local image-to-3D generation.

The app downloads the files listed in `manifest.json`, verifies their sizes and SHA-256 checksums, and resumes interrupted downloads automatically.
