This is an LSTM part of ClimateSTRIKE, a high precision ai
framework for natural disaster predicition and climate forecasting.

This model is a time series forcaster that predicts the
temperature-above-baseline-average on a monthly basis. It simply takes
in a single integer of months in the future from January 2025,
and will predict the average temperature increase for that month.
