(e) to exploit, harm or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way;

(f) for fully automated decision-making that adversely affects an individual's

legal rights or otherwise creates or modifies a binding, enforceable
|

obligation, without human oversight;

Section III — Research purpose. The Model is released for research and
