## Goal

Create a complete local agent workflow kit for Codex, Claude Code, multiple projects, skills, task reports, task registry, short project memory and strict quality rules.

## Non-goals

- No real project application code.
- No API keys, tokens or secrets.
- No live deployment.
- No destructive modification of existing files.

## Summary

Created the `AGENT_WORKFLOW` directory with global workflow files, skills, templates, architecture docs, report templates and four initial project profiles.

## Files changed

All files under `AGENT_WORKFLOW/` were created for the initial kit.

- `Test-Path AGENT_WORKFLOW`

- `New-Item -ItemType Directory -Force ...`

## Tests

No automated test suite exists for this Markdown-only kit. Verification performed with filesystem creation and later repository/search checks.

## Reuse decision

Decision: build

Reason: no existing `AGENT_WORKFLOW` directory was present in the workspace.

## Risks

- Future agents must keep project-specific files updated.
- Markdown rules need human review before production deployment.

## Security / leakage check

No real secrets were added. `.env.example` contains empty variable names only. Leakage rules were created for temporal-data projects.

## What remains

- Validate Codex behavior.
- Validate Claude Code behavior.
- Define backup implementation.
- Define Telegram control implementation.
