## Goal

Create recommended Hugging Face repositories and mirror `AGENT_WORKFLOW`.

## Non-goals

- No upload of secrets.
- No upload of private audio.
- No upload of model checkpoints.
- No public demo implementation yet.

## Summary

Created five Hugging Face repositories under `simonlesaumon` and uploaded the workflow kit to `simonlesaumon/agent-workflow`.

Verified Hugging Face access by downloading `README.md` from `simonlesaumon/agent-workflow`.

## Reuse decision

Decision: modify

Reason: reused the existing local `AGENT_WORKFLOW` kit and mirrored it to Hugging Face instead of creating a separate duplicate structure.

## Risks

- Dataset repos are empty until artifacts are curated.
- Public test data must stay private until licenses and consent are verified.
- Space is created but not implemented.

## Security / leakage check

No token was printed or stored. Upload used a Git archive staging directory from tracked files only. Dataset/model repos remain private where requested.

## What remains

- Add curated artifact manifests.
- Add public or consented test data only after license review.
- Implement the Space demo later.
