# RunPod Comic Generator

A simple Gradio app for generating comic images using RunPod's API.

## Setup

1. Add these secrets in your Hugging Face Space settings:
   - `RUNPOD_API_KEY`: Your RunPod API key
   - `RUNPOD_ENDPOINT`: Your RunPod endpoint URL

2. The app will automatically:
   - Use the minimal required dependencies
   - Show detailed error messages if something fails
   - Display generation status

## Troubleshooting

If the Space gets stuck building:
- Check the "Logs" tab for errors
- Verify your API credentials
- Ensure your RunPod endpoint is active
