Auto-resolve source papers for hypothesis follow-up; renumber hypotheses
Hypothesis conversations no longer require pasting paper text. Discuss on a hypothesis number pulls in the charts it cites and matches each chart's paper title against every database on disk (exact, substring, then fuzzy), with a paste fallback only for papers not found. Hypotheses are numbered continuously across iterations, both on the page and in the ZIP. The unused database picker is hidden in hypothesis mode. Also includes the pending system chart extraction changes: paper categories renamed to Experimental/Computational, table category tagging, and prompt clean-up. Fix 422 on /ask: accept empty question field
Newer FastAPI treats an empty required Form value as missing, so the hidden question textarea (submitted as "" in System Chart Extraction mode) started failing validation after the Space image rebuilt with the latest FastAPI.
