Auto-resolve source papers for hypothesis follow-up; renumber hypotheses
Hypothesis conversations no longer require pasting paper text. Discuss on a hypothesis number pulls in the charts it cites and matches each chart's paper title against every database on disk (exact, substring, then fuzzy), with a paste fallback only for papers not found. Hypotheses are numbered continuously across iterations, both on the page and in the ZIP. The unused database picker is hidden in hypothesis mode. Also includes the pending system chart extraction changes: paper categories renamed to Experimental/Computational, table category tagging, and prompt clean-up. Adds local agent skill files and skills-lock.json. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01Qoa97ATcrp4sNcfTwnWSQ3662a0bb

Add per-mode Information modal; keep context in design goals
Information button and modal in the app header for QA, System Chart Extraction, and Hypotheses Generation, mirroring the one PlotExtract has on madtools.org. Each mode gets its own "what this tool does / when to use it / instructions" panel. All markup, styles, and script are scoped to html[data-mode] for the three modes, so the landing page and the PlotExtract app are unaffected. Design-goals analysis now carries the material system and operating environment into both suggested properties. Those two strings are the only channel from the researcher's description into the hypotheses prompt, so context such as "high entropy alloys" or "under cryogenic temperature" was previously dropped for the rest of the pipeline. Also shortens the per-mode footer disclaimers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>4c873b4
