**Actogram AI** develops tools for studying daily activity patterns and the circadian rhythm from ordinary step counts,
and for analysing population health data. Two lines of work, kept apart:

### 1. Biobank MCP: AI-assisted analysis of public US health survey data

### 2. Activity research

Characterising daily activity patterns and the circadian rhythm from step-count data. The method was tested on existing
data from about 30,000 participant samples (NHANES and Fitbit) and presented as poster F170 at Sleep Europe 2026 in
