chore: add Dockerfile to install PortAudio, FFmpeg, and image libs for Space builds

Introduce Dockerfile at repo root

Install portaudio19-dev for PyAudio support

Install ffmpeg, libsm6, and libxext6 for audio/video processing

Use Python 3.10-slim base and install requirements via pip
