Improve consistency of recipe query prompt
Evan LesmezReduce temperature to 0.1 seems to yield ingredients that are more compatible with each other. Add few-shot examples in prompt of what format of query output to generate. Add the vegan recipe search tool to test with directly in notebook to save dev time. Add some more evaluations of conversation.1230938
