Use onnxruntime-openvino for OpenVINO acceleration
Browse files- Changed from openvino to onnxruntime-openvino package
- This provides the OpenVINOExecutionProvider for ONNX Runtime
- Should give 2-4x speedup on Intel CPUs over standard CPU provider
