| "text": "2\n(1) The short-form descriptions of a designated provision that is set out in column 1 of an item in Schedules 1 or 2 are the descriptions set out in column 2 of that item.\n(2) Subject to subsection 109.3(4) of the Customs Act, the applicable short-form description of a designated provision shall be used on a notice of assessment referred to in subsection 109.3(1) of the Customs Act to describe a contravention of the provision.", |
