- Clip resource_used_total to 10 decimal places and resource_remaining to 0 when within 1e-9 of zero, eliminating LP solver noise in exported values - Guard against None resource_caps input - Clamp negative absolute method caps to 0 to avoid infeasible LP - Deactivate methods whose effective coefficients are all zero to prevent unbounded LP variables - Return zero result early when no resource caps are defined at all43c01c6
