M4: Space deploy prep — omit gradio from requirements, LFS-track slim index
CamQuestByte +1: Claude Opus 4.8gradio is served by HF via README sdk_version 6.13.0; dropping it from requirements.txt avoids a pip-vs-SDK version fight.
