Please create a job sheet template for after a SIMM (Structural Inspection and Maintenance Management) inspection where the mine gets the job sheet of each problem that was found and what has top be repaired wherein it shows the Date, Tag, label, #REF, Functional Location, Item, Equipment label, Description, Condition, Order Priority and Action Type, Action Description and more that is needed.
