          <h2>Most-replayed is a real signal, used carefully</h2>
          <p class="section-lead">
            YouTube publishes a most-replayed graph for many videos, an aggregate of where
            thousands of people scrubbed back. Where it exists, Clips Studio reads it and lets
            the very top of that curve nudge a moment up the ranking.
          </p>
          <div class="note">
            Only the sharpest peaks earn anything, and the bonus is <strong>capped below</strong>
            what the video's own content can score. Replay spikes also mark confusing bits
            people rewound to understand, and intros people skip back to, which is exactly why
            it informs the decision rather than making it.

            YouTube serves much of its catalogue in AV1, which almost no consumer GPU decodes
            in hardware. Left alone, that made processing take roughly twice as long, because every
            analysis pass and every render paying for software decoding.
          </p>
          <p class="section-lead">
            Clips Studio asks for H.264 instead, and converts once up front if it ends up with
            something slow. You do not have to know any of this; it is here because "why is
            YouTube slower than Twitch" is a fair question with a real answer.
