changing data_dir

upload data dir (contains intent_label.txt and slot_label.txt)

change data_dir to "Customized_IDSF/phoATIS"

changing module "utils" to "Customized_IDSF.utils"

change the name of module "model" to "Customized_IDSF.model"

creating Customized_IDSF folder and putting corresponded files into it; modifying app.py
